BELLE LA VIE POLICY

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Thank you for visiting Belle La Vie Beauty Salon, your time is extremely important to us. When you made appointments, we reserved it just for you. We understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so we respectfully request a 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

 

  • When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we lose the chance to fill in other appointments; and clients on our waiting list also miss the chance to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

 

  •  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply if your appointments are repeatedly changed or cancelled without proper notice, we reserve the right to require a deposit to reserve future appointments  (your deposit will be deducted out when you come in the shop), and rules as follow:

 

                                + Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

                                +  “ No Shows” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

                                + Appointments made within 24 hours period and need to cancel, the client must cancel within 4 hours of                                          appointment time or will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Any multiple services, combos, or groups must be deposited a 20% of the reserved service amount, then it will be deducted out when the clients come in the shop. If cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the client will lose that deposit.

 

The Cancellation Policy allows us time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our team members scheduled filled, and for better serving everyone. Thank you for understanding and supporting our policies criteria.

 

Late Arrivals

  • If any reasons you cannot arrive on time, please let us know right away. If you arrive later than 15 or 20 minutes, we will respectfully ask you to reschedule the appointment, so that way we won’t run behind for our next appointment.

 

Confirmation email, or text messages

  • As a courtesy, we will inform you through email, and text messages 2 business days prior to your appointment date. However, please understand it is your responsibility for checking the reminders messages and remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fee.

 

Children

  • We love children, and they are always welcome during clients scheduled service. However, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of other guests, we ask that the children will be accompanied with an adult at all times.

Choosing polish

  • We are trying our best to organize the polish in the order they should be in, so we can serve you better without having to struggle looking for the miss-located polishes. When you come in, we will give you a color basket, you can pick out a color from there and let us know which color you would like, and we will get it for you. Thank you for your understanding.
